what inspired you to pursue structural engineering?
I grew up around engineers and thought it was the coolest job ever when I was little. As I got older + started taking engineering classes I realized that I was correct – it is the coolest job ever.
why did you choose to join schaefer?
I joined Schaefer because of the emphasis on personal growth + supporting young engineers. I wanted a company that will help me grow to be the best engineer I can be.
