Along with the announcement of the firm’s expansion to Raleigh, North Carolina, it also shares the key hire of Chad Sary as Triangle Region Leader based out of the office. Chad will join Schaefer’s marketing team with a focus on creating a vision for growth in the Raleigh market, building market position, and cultivating strategic client relationships + management.
Chad has been a part of the Triangle region’s architectural, engineering + construction industry for decades, originally beginning his career in land planning. Since then, he has followed the purpose to make a meaningful difference in the community as he has pursued diverse opportunities throughout his career, building broad expertise while contributing to projects that positively impact the region and the people who live there.
“Chad is a great addition to our team,” said Schaefer Executive Vice President Ryan Konst. “At Schaefer, we consider smart + creative structural engineering designs to the minimum requirement; our differentiator is our focus on personal relationships and client experience – working collaboratively and toward the same goals – and that’s in alignment with how Chad has approached his career. Together, we believe that we’re bringing something different to the Raleigh market.”
“Early in my career, I saw firsthand how thoughtful planning and quality engineering can improve people’s lives. That experience inspired my passion for connecting clients with talented professionals who bring important projects to life,” said Schaefer Triangle Region Leader Chad Sary. “Over time, I discovered that my greatest strength is building trusted relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping firms grow. I’m excited to apply that passion to expanding Schaefer’s footprint and strengthening project delivery throughout this region.”
