The two story Zane State College Advanced Science & Technology Center houses education and support services for the college. The building includes an 80 seat lecture hall, meeting and studying spaces for students, and a studio that includes a sound booth, green screen and video equipment. The classrooms and laboratory spaces are available for students studying computer, geology, physics, robotics, alternative energy, biology, anatomy and physiology.

The structure is steel-framed with steel joists and beams at the roof and steel beams at the floor with composite slab on metal deck flooring. A solar panel array sits on the roof.
