Trevarren Flats, registered on the National Register of Historic Places since 1985, underwent a transformation from forgotten, deteriorated buildings to a modern, mixed-use development. The complex consists of three historic structures: seven story Trevarren, three story Dominig, and five story Hauck.

The $10 million development now consists of 30 one and two bedroom apartments, some with views of downtown Cincinnati, above 7,000 sq ft of retail space.

Schaefer’s design team stabilized and renovated the buildings, another step in rehabilitating the blighted historic neighborhood.
