Schaefer provided the structural engineering design for two L-shaped, four-story tilt-up buildings totaling 404,000 sq ft. These build-to-suit offices allowed the tenant to consolidate over 1,400 office personnel to a single location. We met the aggressive schedule and high technical standards required by the developer and tenant.
