The latest of nine neighborhood locations, this four-story plus penthouse 80,000 sq ft medical office building features pediatric subspecialty clinics, therapies, urgent care and laboratory and radiology services. The structure is designed to permit future upgrade to I-2 occupancy. Schaefer’s innovative use of pre-cast Mod-U-Con stair towers allowed them to be installed prior to forming and placing the floors. The facility expects more than 50,000 patient visits in the first year. Ground breaking to the April 2013 opening was nineteen months.
